Introduction

I am Yanan Yu, an INTO Mason student of Graduate Pathway Program in George Mason University, I expect to pursue Master of Science in Management next semester. I have obtained my undergraduate degree in accounting from Nanjing University of Science and Technology. After graduation, I found an internship in an real estate company, so I could deal with some financial statements and cash flow analysis, and I also addressed cash, notes of financial activities between company and bank. Now, I want transferring to management field because I really interested in human resources and addressing relationship problems. Also, the previous internship experience will give me great help for my future graduate program.

This digital portfolio describes my works in the period of Pathway Program through three aspects: Academic Development which you can find my plan of study, three assignment examples( EAP Course, PROV Course, Major Course), statement of purpose, academic reference list, transcripts; Professional Development which includes resume and career goals; Reflection including pathway reflection and intercultural skills reflection. It will reflect well about the progress of my graduate pathway program.
